Hi, friends... after a long time...right..?? For some reasons i couldn't blog, and sorry for that.! So, by changing the topic, hope you would like my last post, or i can say definitely you have liked that post and i can see that on my admin panel. So, very very big THANK YOU for that...!

So, today after a many days i have came, and i am not going to disappoint you. Today what you are going to know, you know..right..? It is my 3rd post under my MICB series.
So, let's check it out, which type of stuff today we are going to discuss.

And....it is a Sleeping...! Now you say, oh...friend..we already know this.!
But, let me clarify you are going to know some good kind of stuff today.



Sleeping :

We all, know that while going to bed, we are almost in Ok condition, but when we wake up, we hungry, we feel ourselves loose, mood less for sometime, we can think, something should definitely happen during those sleeping hours...right...???

During sleep, a person's weight and the no.of hours of sleep decides how many calories do you burn.

Tempting Calories Counting :

Normally a person of 140 pounds  burns about 1 calories/min, so almost 60 calories/hour while sleeping.                                                                 
Going to that calculations 140 pounds person can burn 480 calories in his 8 hours of sleep.    source

Sleeping Facts :

- If you keep your body temperature cooler, you'll burn more calories, because at that time your body have to do thermostat work to provide natural body heat.

- Weight directly affects the calories that you burn during your sleeping hours.The more your wight the more you burn.

- Type of food that you take also affects your calories burning.

- Taking food at time of sleeping hours can make you more fatty.  

Some sleeping types :

- REM sleep :
REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement. When you're in REM sleep, your brain is highly active, sometime more active than when you are awake. Your thoughts use fuel (food or glucose). Glucose is continually being produced during sleeping hours. 

- Power Nap :
A 30 min of a rest after a meal between 2:00 - 4:00 pm.

  •  Don't take coffee or alcohol before power nap.
